How do the new tariffs affect my store?
Currently, a baseline 10% import tariff applies to all countries. This means you may need to pay 10% of your package’s value upon delivery, similar to standard import taxes charged by many countries for international purchases.

Since I’m shipping from Singapore, the 10% rate will remain in place until further notice. Books appear to be exempt from this tariff (most likely if purchased alone), but I haven't confirmed this in practice. If you're in the US, please be prepared to pay between 0%-10% in import fees upon delivery!

Terms & Conditions

  • International customers: Please note that import fees may apply in some countries. Be sure to check before ordering, as any customs charges are paid by the recipient!
  • Please check that your shipping address is correct and complete before clicking through. Cost of failed/lost deliveries due to wrong addresses are not reimbursable.
  • Please monitor your tracking for any delivery issues that you may not be notified about. In case of missed delivery, contact your local post office as soon as possible to arrange for redelivery!
  • For returned packages, you may opt for a refund or reshipment. I can refund the price of the items minus shipping fees and a flat $2 handling fee to cover platform and packing costs. Reshipment is also possible, but will require a second payment for shipping.

  • Do you ship internationally?
Yes! There are a few countries I cannot ship to, including the EU. The current GPSR laws for EU countries are difficult to comply with as a small business, and thus I have to suspend shipping to EU until further notice. If I am unable to ship to your country, I will refund your order.
  • Where are you shipping from?
All products are packed and shipped from Singapore by me!
  • How is shipping calculated?
Local shipping is free. To ensure your order reaches you safely, I only offer registered tracked mail. Paper products (stickers, books) ordered alone may have a lower shipping cost, while acrylic (keychains) products fall into a higher tier.

Shipping fees shown at checkout reflect the higher tier for your country. If you’ve only ordered paper items (books/stickers/PCs), the actual cost may be lower depending on weight. I will refund any extra before mailing.
  • How long will my package take to arrive?
Local orders typically take about 2 to 3 days, while international orders may take 2 to 4 weeks. Please monitor your tracking in case of delivery issues that you aren't alerted to.
  • What is your processing time?
I typically print labels over the weekend and pack orders for shipping on Tuesdays. However, I have a processing time of two weeks to account for any unexpected delays. Since I handle everything myself, your patience is greatly appreciated!

If your tracking doesn’t update within two weeks, please email me. You can also stay updated with store news on my instagram or twitter.
  • Can I change my address?
I can make changes as long as I haven't printed the labels yet! Please email me.
  • Can I make changes to my order/combine orders?
Please email me and I can cancel + refund your order so you can make a new order.
  • My package delivery failed!
Please contact your local post office as soon as possible to arrange for redelivery!
  • There's a problem with my tracking!
Please feel free to email me! If it has been more than 18 working days since the date of posting, I’ll inquire about your package. For US residents, the Singpost website I provide for tracking will not update once your package arrives in the US, until it reaches your doorstep. Please use the tracking number on your local US post website for updates after it arrives in the US.

Please be sure to contact me within 6 months of posting, as I won't be able to assist you after that.
